So cute and pretty, right?! 

First off, this really caught my attention, big time!!! I saw this on Instagram post that I followed, one of the beauty guru that I also followed on Youtube.  Gosh, look at the packaging, so cute!!!  Then I Google it right away, where to buy and few reviews and what not.  The usual, not yet available in Singapore.  Anywho, they have it on Amazon and e-Bay.  But I got mine from e-Bay. 

They have it in three flavors:  pomegranate blueberry, fresh mint and vanilla bean.  Second, I chose the flavor pom blueberry because of the color of the packaging aside from the flavor.  Lastly, I'm really sucker for lip balm.  I love love to try new lip balms.  I love to wear it on my lips all the time.  And I can't live without lip balms.

You know, it smells so good!! I love it!! I think the fruity flavor smells a bit strong but it was pleasant when I unscrew and open the cube.  Then again,  I love it!!  It has a sweet pleasurable taste when applied on my lips.  It was like a sweet candy that I want to apply more then lick my lips ;-P.  However, that should not be the case, I should not lick my lips hihi.  It is moisturizing like other lip balm.  My lips feels soft and hydrated, I agree.  The lasting factor was just like an ordinary lip balm.  Actually, I find that my  EOS lip balm is more lasting than this one.  Well, both the cube and egg are moisturizing.  At any rate, I prefer the cube when it comes to the fruity scent and taste.  Then again, more points given to the cube for the packaging over the egg ;-)  

I hope to buy the rest of the flavor soon.  If you are a sucker for packaging, go ahead and buy ;-)

Sephora Always Red Cream Lip Stain

When I bought this item, I was still searching for a classic red lipstick.  I thought this was the one.  I like the shade but I feel sorry for myself as I did not succeed again for a perfect red shade for me.

I like the creaminess of the product when applying it, but it dries up pretty quick.  It is highly pigmented so I suggest you apply it as thinly as possible.  It is matte type but not flaky.  I don't feel the dryness look on my lips and its true its a lightweight stain.  Please note that I tried a carmex lip balm, it bleed and has no staying power and tried EOS lip balm it did not bleed and the staying power was better.  Wear alone on my lips was still fine.  It really stayed on my lips for long period of time but once I eat (downside), the middle portion on my lips comes off which I find awful.  But when I re-apply, I only apply the part that had faded.  So if I go to parties like I would eat more :D I definitely won't wear this.

My first purchased of ELF via online shopping. Learned about ELF products thru make-up video tutorials. Famous to be a cheap yet very good brand. Best dupe option for expensive products.

For the lip balm, I chose the shade of mellow melon over peaceful pink (available only that time). First, the bulky package really makes up space in my bag orgaizer/make-up pouch.  On the other hand, it is easier to find because of the bulkiness :D  It's a like a tinted lip balm and near to moisture lipstick though it not pigmented as a regular lipstick.  It comes naturally on my lips.  It does moisturize my lips, not sticky and stays for hours too.  I also like the mild make-up scent and taste.  The only downside, sometimes I noticed after a few hours of wearing it and when I re-apply with the same lip balm, skin of my lips pealed so I have to wipe my lips very well with tissue.  But over-all, I like the product.  In fact, I'm planning to purchase the other three shades (Romantic Rouge, Blissful Berry and Bombshell Brown) that are now available online. 

Evolution of Smooth

I got this EOS Smooth Sphere Summer Fruit Lip Balm few months ago.  I just opened and used it recently cos I'm down with my previous lip balm.  I like the packaging that's why I bought it in the first place, it's so cute but for some people they find it annoying.  I love the scent and flavor, it's not strong.  It is not greasy, in fact I find it applying more than once on my lips.  It is not glossy either.  I don't care if I have to re-apply from time to time cos applying it is fun to me.  Holding the sphere while applying it make me happy :))  It is a bit pricey though .  By the way, I don't use lip balm cos my lips' dry or chappy.  I just love wearing lip balm and want my lips to be moisturize all the time :)

Carmex Craze

I'm loving carmex all the time. I feel my lips are naked when it's not applied to my lips. I wear it all the time especially at bedtime.  A must have where ever I go!

Red Passion

I heart red lipstick and been hunting for red chili dupe that is not expensive :)  The cheap but a very good one that I always love to wear is Maybelline.  My second choice is Loreal.  When I was single and working, I chose MAC.  I like Mac before but when I got married I prefer a moisture lipstick.

Availability wise, I cannot find the red dupe in Maybelline.  And I would like to check and buy Loreal's Le Rouge line red lipstick unfortunately its not yet available in our area.  So I ended up with Made For Me Intenses in 643 Red Passion.  That's the only nearest red that I like.  Its not a dupe but the red shade is okay for me, made me happy anyways.

My verdict: good moisture that last for hours.  It is not that pigmented so I have to apply to my lips more than once.  When moisture's gone, a glitters appears on my lips which is still fine to me.  It last for hours except when I eat, it doesn't last.  Over-all  I'm happy with the product.

I suggest if you can't find the perfect dupe for the product, just go ahead and buy the exact product you want cos if not you would end up spending more :)
