The apps is free.  You must have wifi to download videos in your iPhone.  It is quite fast.  I suggest you download one at a time, to be able to finish faster.  Once finished, you can play the video even without wifi and 3g.  You can watch anywhere...anytime :-P.   The video quality is good, the subtitle is fine. 

The down side -  when you exit apps while downloading, it automatically pause.  You should go back and resume downloading and just wait 'til its done.  And, the words are in Chinese character, so you must be familiar with the photos and icons.  Overall, it's a  great apps, it's free anyway.  Down side part is not a big deal at all ;)
