I'm addicted to Pinterest. I enjoyed viewing awesome photos there especially the food and drink. I usually search on food mostly on cakes and pastries. When I checked the link, then when I find that the ingredients and instructions are easy to find and follow, I make them. One of the recipes I tried which turned out great was Sweet Tooth post. Actually, I did this few months ago. Like what I said on my previous post that I was MIA for more than a year here. This is one of the late post that is worth sharing. (I've mentioned *post many times, argh). Okay, I can only share a photo I grabbed from my Instagram but the recipes, just click the link ;-p. Worth the try, seriously :-)

Chocolate Chip Cookies
This cookie is one of the lesson I've learned in baking pastry way back when I'm not yet married.
Need:
1 cup Anchor butter
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 whole eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 cups chocolate chips
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F or 175C.
2. In mixing bowl, add the butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Cream together.
3. Then add flour, and baking soda.
4. Fold in chocolate chips.
5. Drop teaspoonful unto cookie sheets. I'm using non-stick, no need to grease. I prefer this kind of tray in making cookies, its easier and cookies will all be of the same size :)
6. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes.
Makes at least 50 cookies.
Oh so yummy-licious!! :)
