Chocolate French Toast

I would like to share here my version of chocolate french toast.  I made this for our breakfast today.



You need: 

  • 1x egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 sachet of Milo, 3 in 1
  • pinch of salt
  • butter 
  • 4x bread
  • pancake syrup or confectioner's sugar (optional)
 Instruction:
  1. Beat egg, milk, half of milo sachet, pinch of salt in bowl until smooth. 
  2. Heat pan over med-low heat.
  3. Grease pan with butter if needed. 
  4. Dip bread in egg mixture.  Place in pan. 
  5. Cook for few minutes on each side. 
  6. Add the remaining milo sachet and beat.  Dip the rest of the bread in mixture.
  7. Serve immediately with butter and syrup.
