Fishball Minced Meat Noodles

I'm craving for spicy noodles today.  So instead of having lunch at home, I passed by to our nearest hawker while kids at school.

my cravings:  Fishball Minced Meat Noodles



The first dish I tried in Singapore.  I prefer yellow flat noodles, dry and spicy with soup on the side. In hawker, usual toppings includes: fishballs, fishcake, minced pork, dried  garlic and spring onion.  I eat it fast like other locals :-p.  Eat while hot!
